Access Your Future Service Technician Intern and Apprenticeship Programs

The Access Your Future Service Program is for students interested in a career in the equipment industry as a Service Technician. This program provides two distinct career paths, Service Intern and Service Technician Apprentice, for qualified students who will be attending, are currently attending, or have just graduated from accredited diesel, heavy equipment service, powersports, or other RDO-approved programs. The program provides paid work experience and training along with the potential to earn tools, a graduation bonus, and 4 years of post-graduation financial incentives.

What will I be doing?

  • Working with your hands and not be attached to a desk
  • Use tools and technology to repair, maintain and support heavy equipment
  • Solve problems and experience new challenges every day

Program Requirements

  • Must be passionate about equipment service and have a desire to continue to learn to ensure our customers machines are receiving the best care in the industry
  • RDO Equipment Co. needs to be your first employer in diesel or heavy equipment service following graduation
  • Strong attendance
  • Maintain and graduate with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
