How does the educational reimbursement process work?
To be eligible for reimbursement, students must complete an internship during the summer or the school year (at least 360 hours). As a full-time employee, you must provide a final transcript and proof of graduation. If these requirements are met, we will reimburse you over a two or four year period of time.
What is the difference in the reimbursement options from the two year period compared to the four year period?
You will have the option to be reimbursed over a two or four year period.
What type of training is provided?
In the Parts Intern path, the student will participate in a 9 week training program. The student will gain an understanding of how a dealership operates and will receive on-the-job training.
What will my compensation be?
Your hourly wage will be based upon many factors which include, but are not limited to, experience, academic performance, cost of living factors, and others.
