Posted 03.01.2010On January 29-30, the RDO Equipment Co. store in San Antonio participated in the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo BBQ Cook-off. All proceeds generated by this event went to the San Antonio Livestock Exposition Scholarship fund. This was the fourth year the store participated. The cook-off consisted of competing in several categories of meat (brisket, pork spare ribs, and chicken) as well as beans, pecan pie, and fruit pie. [Read More]
