Grand Forks Plans how to Stay Active in their Community
Posted 11/04/2009 —The employees of RDO Equipment Co. - Grand Forks worked together at an Open Book Meeting earlier this year on a plan for the store to contribute and give back to the community.
Their plan included generous gifts to several worthy causes including Altru Cancer Center ($1,000), American Red Cross ($500), East Grand Forks Food Shelf ($500), and the Community Violence and Intervention Center ($500), among others.
"It is important that we support our local community," stated Roni Lillehaugen, General Manager. "Our employees believe in helping to improve the quality of life for those in need where and when we can."
