Four Vermeer locations Presented with Platinum Mark of Excellence
Posted 07/11/2006 —Mary Vermeer Andringa, President and CEO of Vermeer Manufacturing Company, recently presented four Vermeer Sales & Service locations the Platinum Mark of Excellence award - the highest recognition given to a dealership within the independent, authorized Vermeer Manufacturing Company industrial equipment network.
Mary, along with the Vermeer leadership team, visited the Burnsville and Moorhead Vermeer Service and Sales locations to deliver the awards. Other locations, both also a part of RDO Equipment Co., that were recipients of the award include Minot, N.D. and Sauk Rapids, Minn.
"It's a pleasure to present Vermeer Sales & Service an award that fully exemplifies their commitment to fulfilling our companies' vision of 'Taking care of customers worldwide with better solutions,'" says Mary.
To be considered for the award, dealerships were scored and critiqued based on their parts, service, sales and marketing, operations management, employee and leadership development, financial management and implementation of corporate initiatives.
Mary adds, "It's the Vermeer dealers who really make the difference, so we like to recognize all employees for their extra efforts."
