Western North Dakota Sponsors Planter & Air Seeder Clinic
Posted 04/23/2010 —In order to prepare customers for the upcoming planting season, and also promote parts and service departments, and point out changes and updates on the product, a planter and air seeder clinic was held March 17, 2010 at the Washburn Store. In addition, the Bismarck and Hazen stores also participating in the planning and development of the clinic, which had over 45 customers in attendance.
A John Deere 1770NT planter, John Deere 1895 air seeder, and 1910 cart were on display, as well as the recently-introduced John Deere 1870 Conserva Pak with a 1910 tank and 430 bushel tow-between-cart. This configuration generated a lot of interest.
The Washburn, Hazen, and Bismarck Account Managers and Service Technicians worked together as a team, discussing different areas of the equipment. Customers received a lot of detailed information, and were able to ask questions during the clinic, with individual consultations after the clinic.
Dwight Bleth, Regional Sales Manager, was happy with the outcome of the clinic as well. "The professionalism and knowledge of the Account Managers and Service Technicians and their ability to communicate the information to our customers was very impressive."
