Aberdeen and Redfield Host Seeding, AMS, and Sprayer Clinics
Posted 04/23/2010 —On April 7 and 8, 2010, RDO Equipment Co. held Seeding, AMS, and Sprayer clinics at the Aberdeen and Redfield locations. Both Clinics were held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with Seeding in the morning, and AMS and Spraying in the afternoon. This allowed customers to attend specific applications that applied to their operations.
Between the two stores, over 80 customers attended the clinic. Multiple team members were involved in the presentations from a variety of departments and locations. Parts, service, and sales team members from Aberdeen and Redfield were involved, as well as Lee Rogness, Fergus Falls Sales Manager, representing non-John Deere solutions; Matt Grove, Product Specialist with the Precision Product Group; Todd Peterson, Account Manager from the Core Accounts team; and Mark Dorn, Account Manager. Mark Demay, Aberdeen and Redfield's John Deere Territory Customer Support Manager, also attended and provided valuable input for customers.
The main goal for each clinic was to help customers identify potential down-time scenarios, before they happen. Employees also took time to review some of the products and services that RDO Equipment Co. offers to help customers stay up and running or assist them in managing their operations more efficiently.
