Customer Events Held in Fort Worth and Irving, Texas
Posted 07/07/2010 —Store in Fort Worth and Irving each held invitation-only customer events on June 8 (Irving) and June 9 (Fort Worth).
The events featured Jason Herman, John Deere Product Support; Mark Johnson, a John Deere "G" Series Motor Grader Specialist; along with an iT4 discussion from Casey Bovkoon, RDO Equipment Co. Aftermarket Support Specialist.
The stores had multiple pieces of equipment on display, a line boring truck, and preventive maintenance and service trucks. Lunch was provided for the roughly 25 attendees at each day's events.
"The event was well received by both the customers and employees, and has already generated questions and interest from several customers. I believe what we did on those two days of communicating with customers sows seeds for the future," said Jim Carell, Sales Professional.
