Redfield Service Technicians Receive Awards from John Deere
Posted 07/26/2010 —Redfield Service Technicians Rick Ratigan, Russell Schneider, Peri Marlow, and Justin Binger recently received awards from the John Deere Service Technician program.
Rick and Russell achieved their Advanced level recognition. This level of achievement was accomplished by completing extensive training in the John Deere University program. They received a special plaque of recognition to honor their accomplishment. Both Rick and Russell have already talked about how they want to work towards the next level, which is the Master Technician.
Peri and Justin achieved their Master level recognition for the Service Technician program. They received a special plaque of recognition and a leather jacket to honor their accomplishment.
"Rick, Russell, Peri, and Justin have all worked very hard to reach these levels, and it is a great accomplishment. Keeping up with new technology and customer satisfaction is very important for our team members to stay on top of, and completing the available training from John Deere ensures we are able to serve our customers," said Brook Stephens, Redfield Store Manager.
