What is the RDO Promise?
Uptime Guaranteed is the new Northern Ag trademark. Behind this promise, RDO Equipment Co. is setting an industry standard for service support. It is exclusive to our company - no other John Deere or competitive brand dealer offers this high-level of guarantee. Overall, it guarantees the ultimate service and care to our customers when they purchase their John Deere equipment from RDO Equipment Co. (Our construction customers have enjoyed the benefits of the RDO Promise for a while now, and it’s time that our agriculture customers receive a similar promise).
Our promise includes:
- Equipment walk-around and start up when equipment is delivered
- A qualified RDO Equipment Co. employee will provide walk around training with the customer before or during field start up
- Free in-warranty service inspections
- RDO Equipment Co. will inspect the equipment for free annually while it is under warranty (normally there is a charge for the regular inspection fee)
- Guaranteed response time for warranty repairs (within four hours)
- RDO Equipment Co. will respond to a down situation and dispatch a service technician within four hours from one of our stores
- Free service calls for warranty repairs
- RDO Equipment Co. will cover travel expense on service calls during the warranty period (John Deere does not reimburse the dealer for that time)
- Free pickup and delivery for warranty repairs
- RDO Equipment Co. will truck equipment for free for warranty repairs (John Deere does not reimburse the dealer for this service)
- Free loaner equipment during extended warranty repairs
- If RDO Equipment Co. cannot repair equipment in 48 hours, customers will receive a comparable unit - free of charge for the customer to use until their equipment is repaired
- Guaranteed parts availability
- RDO Equipment Co. has multiple locations; as a result, customers have access to one of the largest parts inventory anywhere
- Product Utilization Training Sessions
- RDO Equipment Co. will provide product specific clinics and training for customers annually
