It is exclusive to our company – no other John Deere or competitive brand dealer offers this high-level of guarantee. Overall, it guarantees the ultimate service and care to you, our customers when you purchase your John Deere equipment from RDO Equipment Co.
The RDO Promise™ includes:
- Equipment walk-around and start up when equipment is delivered
- A qualified RDO Equipment Co. employee will provide walk-around training with our customer before or during field start up
- FREE in-warranty service inspections
- RDO Equipment Co. will inspect the equipment for free annually while it is under warranty (normally there is a charge for the regular inspection fee)
- Guaranteed response time for warranty repairs (within four hours)
- RDO Equipment Co. will respond to a down situation and dispatch a service technician within four hours from one of our stores
- Free service calls for warranty repairs
- RDO Equipment Co. will cover travel expense on service calls during the warranty period (John Deere does not reimburse the dealer for that time)
- Free pickup and delivery for warranty repairs
- RDO Equipment Co. will truck equipment for free for warranty repairs (John Deere does not reimburse the dealer for this service)
- Free loaner equipment during extended warranty repairs
- If RDO Equipment Co. cannot repair equipment in 48 hours, customers will receive a comparable unit - free of charge to use until your equipment is repaired
- Guaranteed parts availability
- RDO Equipment Co. has multiple locations; as a result, customers have access to one of the largest parts inventory anywhere
- Product Utilization Training Sessions
- RDO Equipment Co. will provide product specific clinics and training for customers annually
