Decide What You Need
Review pricing and product list.
Contact RDO for a Quote
Email or call the RDO DIR contact listed on the page. Provide your organization name, DIR contract number, items you need, and any special requirements. RDO will send you a formal quote referencing the DIR contract.
Issue a Purchase Order
Create a PO that references the DIR contract number and matches the pricing in the quote. Send the PO to RDO contact.
Receive Your Product
RDO will ship products or arrange pickup and provide warranty support, training, and customer service as outlined in the quote and PO.
Payment
Pay according to the terms. Send payment to the remittance address listed on the invoice.
