After his family lost its farm in the 1950s, Dan Wehrs was eager to find his way back into the agriculture industry. By chance, he met Les Hulicsko, founder of Rite Way Manufacturing, and has been with the company ever since.

Idaho native Eric Frasure has been involved in the agriculture business his entire life, starting with his childhood experiences growing up on a barley farm. After obtaining his Masters’ Degree in Weed Science at University of Nebraska, Eric went to work with Mycogen Seeds in Bismarck, North Dakota, where he partners with growers to advance their businesses through hybrid seed testing, data analysis and implementation of new technologies.
