John Deere is launching some exciting changes and enhancements within their web-based maintenance tracking system. Currently, you may be using John Deere's Preventative Maintenance Calculator through the JDLink Website.
The exciting news is that John Deere has built a new tool, Maintenance Manager, which will replace Preventative Maintenance Calc (PM Calc). Maintenance Manager is extremely easy to use, very flexible, and the best part is it connects with the MyMaintenance app so you can log your services anywhere! Both Maintenance Manager and the MyMaintenance app are included in your JDLink subscriptions, so there are no additional charges or fees to utilize these powerful tools.
Existing PM Calc Users
We want you to have a smooth transition from the old PM Calc to the new Maintenance Manager system. However, there is not an automated way to push the data from the old system to the new one, so if you would like to keep any of your maintenance history, it needs to be manually recreated.
What do I need to do?
If you are using PM Calc in JDLink, please contact us and we will help you migrate your maintenance history to the new Maintenance Manager tool.
All existing plans need to be moved to the new system by July 31st. After July 31st, all existing PM Calc plans will be removed, allowing for creation of new Maintenance Manager plans.
