How do I create an account on RDOequipment.com? 

You may either shop as a guest, or create a personal or business account. We suggest you create an account to improve your online experience, receive special pricing (if applicable), and view and track orders from your Order History, among other things. 

What is the difference between a personal account and a business account? 

Business accounts are requested online and reviewed by our E-Commerce Support Team. They can be configured to the unique needs of your business which may include: 

  • Receive special pricing based on your business status 
  • Search and purchase John Deere Construction and Vermeer parts
  • Manage employee access to online shopping
  • Utilize your accurate tax exempt status, if applicable
  • View/download all invoices
  • Manage your fleet of equipment 

Personal accounts may be created for immediate shopping and are best suited for homeowners. 

Why am I unable to search and purchase John Deere Construction and Vermeer parts? 

Our dealer agreements restrict the sale of some vendor parts in certain regions of the country. We encourage users to request a business account to display the parts available to their place of business. If you already have a business account, you must be logged in to view all available parts.
