How do I create an RDO Account on RDOequipment.com? 

You may either shop as a guest, or create a personal or business account. We suggest you create an account to improve your online experience, view and track orders from your Order History, among other things. 

What is the difference between a personal account and a business account? 

Business accounts are requested online and reviewed by our E-Commerce Support Team. They are configured to the unique needs of your business which may include the following: 

  • Search and purchase John Deere Construction and Vermeer parts
  • Manage employee access to online shopping
  • Utilize your accurate tax exempt status, if applicable
  • View/download all invoices
  • Manage your fleet of equipment
  • Access a wider variety of payment options during checkout 

Personal accounts may be created for immediate shopping and are best suited for homeowners. 

Where is MyDealer for viewing invoices and managing my fleet?

Access to MyDealer is found within your RDO Account. After logging into your RDO Account, click the MyDealer tab to view your complete list of RDO Equipment Co. invoices and manage your fleet of equipment.

How do I add John Deere Construction and Vermeer parts to my shopping cart? 

Customers logged into their business level RDO Account with a MyStore that sells John Deere Construction or Vermeer equipment can add these parts to their shopping cart.

Our dealer agreements restrict the sale of some vendor parts in certain regions of the country. We encourage users to request a business level RDO Account to display the parts available to their business.

Which store is MyStore?

All customers should be aware of their MyStore selection to receive the most efficient service!

Your MyStore is indicated in the top header of every page. This is the physical store that processes your order for either in store pickup or shipment.

Those customers located more than 300-miles from an RDO Equipment Co. store most often have a MyStore designation we call the Online Store.

What exactly is My Preferred Method presented during checkout?

Customers with a business level RDO Account, may be offered My Preferred Method as a payment method during checkout. Selecting this method will charge the order to your preferred payment method in our business system.
