Purchase Return Policy

Purchases completed online or in one of our retail store locations may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the item’s purchase price.

  • All returned items must be new, uninstalled and in original packaging.
  • We are unable to offer returns on electrical or electronic components.
  • We do not offer refunds on shipping charges unless our team has shipped incorrect items or if an item was incorrectly represented.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds may either be returned to any one of our 75 retail store locations, or they may be shipped back at your expense.

In-Store Returns


Simply bring your items in their original packaging along with your proof of purchase to any of our store locations. Refund credit options include payment back on credit card, credit to your account (if applicable), or RDO Gift Card. We are unable to offer credit in the form of cash payment.

For those items returned by courier, please complete our RMA form (return merchandise authorization).

  1. Please enclose a copy of the RMA receipt in each box returned to us.
  2. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of each box.
  3. Address your shipment to the following address:

Refunds are typically processed within three days from the receipt of returned merchandise or refund request.
