China Privacy Policy Addendum

This China Privacy Policy Addendum (“China Addendum”) provides additional disclosures required by local data protection law in the People’s Republic of China (“China”). In case there are inconsistencies between this China Addendum and the RD Offutt Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy"), this China Addendum prevails. 

Collection and Use of Personal Data 

We collect and use your Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  

Sharing of Your Personal Data with Third Parties 

In compliance with applicable laws, regulations, rules, and requests with law enforcement, regulatory and other government agencies, we may share Personal Data with them. 

Cross-Border Transfer of Your Personal Data 

RD Offutt is located in the United States and all data related to the Website is collected and processed by RD Offutt Company in the U.S. In order to provide you with products and services, your Personal Data will therefore be transferred to, processed, and stored in a country outside of the country where you live. By submitting your personal information to us, you are consenting to the processing of your personal information in the U.S. 

If you do not agree to this cross-border transfer, we are unable to provide you with our products and services.   

Retention of Your Personal Data 

RD Offutt will store your Personal Data for a retention period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.  In some circumstances, we may store Personal Data for longer periods of time due to other requirements such as legal, regulatory, accounting or tax. 

Children’s Personal Data
