RDO Equipment Co. knows a business is all about people, and believes the most effective way to provide customers with the best service is to cultivate a consistent and strong team environment.

Since 2007, Matt Cancino has been proud to deliver that high level of service excellence to RDO Equipment Co. customers. He began his career as Service Technician at the Phoenix store. Two years later, Matt was offered a role as a Field Service Technician – an opportunity on which he eagerly jumped. Today, Matt works at the newest RDO Equipment Co. location in Chandler, where he has been part of the team since the store opened its doors last fall.

While Matt acknowledges, “There’s no ‘typical’ day in this line of work,” he was eager to take over the RDO Equipment Co. Instagram account to let our fans see the world through his eyes – what one day in the life of a Field Service Technician is really like.

At the end of the day, Matt summarized his job by saying, “Plain and simple, I love heavy equipment, and I love what I do.”
