After not growing up around equipment or considering a career in heavy equipment, Julia Mills still wondered what it’s like to be a service technician. After her interest grew to learn more, she pursued a career as an equipment service technician, and joined RDO Equipment Co.’s Access Your Future internship program.

The Access Your Future program prepares students for service technician jobs in an equipment dealership, along with providing educational incentive and hands-on work experience alongside skilled service technicians.
