We are looking for the highest-quality candidates to join our team. Below is an overview of our hiring process to help you better understand what to expect once you apply for an opportunity with RDO Equipment Co.

Step 1: Search Open Positions
Search available positions by title, location, or job category. You can also sign up for email alerts if you don’t see an open position you’re interested in.

Step 2: Complete Presence and Apply
Create your profile and upload your resume. You will receive an email confirmation after submitting your application.

Step 3: Interview
Our interview process is deliberate and involves multiple interviews. Not every experience is exactly the same given the variance in positions and locations.

Step 4: Online Assessment
This helps us better understand your work preferences.

Step 5: Offer of Employment
We will extend an offer to the selected candidate and the position will be closed. Candidates who were interviewed will be notified.
