Every year, Vermeer honors teams and individuals across its global dealer network with sales awards in various categories. This year, RDO Equipment Co. received four awards, with three team members recognized for their superior performance.
The individual awards include Vermeer’s acknowledgement of its top 10 salesmen across the global dealer network. Three RDO Equipment Co. Account Managers were included in this prestigious group: Pat Arnold, Burnsville, was named #6 in the world, Dave Steege, Hayward, was named #5 in the world, and Tim Morreim, Burnsville, was honored as #3 in the world.
“Having not only one but two team members from our Midwest region speaks volumes to the great customer relationships we, as a team, and Tim and Pat, specifically, have,” Mark Rieckhoff, Regional Sales Manager, said.
Mark also recognized the full team effort behind the individual achievements, saying, “The support structure we have, including sales coordinators, parts specialists, and service team members, is crucial to our success and to our customers’. Everyone pulls together to make it happen day in and day out.”
In addition to his recognition as a top 10 salesman, Dave also took home one of the highest honors in an individual category, being named Recycling and Forestry Product Champion. Jeff Sobrero, Regional Sales Manager, said the Northern California region was extremely proud of Dave’s achievement and having his commitment to customers acknowledged.
“Being recognized in both of these categories is a direct reflection on Dave’s passion for the industry and his pursuit of customer satisfaction,” Jeff added. “He goes above and beyond to partner with customers and provide the best solutions.”
According to Marshall Anderson, Executive Vice President of RDO Equipment Co.’s Vermeer division, the entire team was proud to see Tim, Dave, and Pat in the top 10, with extra significance for Dave and Pat achieving this level for the second year in a row.
“We appreciate the outstanding way these three represent both Vermeer and RDO Equipment Co. every day,” he said.
All awards were presented at Vermeer’s SPS event in San Antonio, TX. The event focused on sales, parts, service, and planning discussions for the year ahead, including Vermeer equipment and general info for all dealers.
