59 Nonprofits Receive Community Builder Grants from Offutt Family Foundation

13 Nov 2025 Author: RDO Equipment Co. Read time: 3 min

The Offutt Family Foundation, with support from R.D. Offutt Company, is proud to announce grant awardees from the 2025 Community Builder program — an initiative that reflects the values of generosity, community and meaningful impact.

This year marks a milestone: a decade of giving through the Community Builder program. Since its inception in 2015, the program has donated more than $2 million to local nonprofits and community organizations nationwide. In 2025, 59 grants were awarded to organizations across the RDO footprint, continuing the tradition of empowering team members to make a difference where they live and work.

“The Community Builder program continues to be one of the most inspiring reflections of the shared values between the Offutt Family Foundation and RDO team members,” said Terry Brandt, Executive Director of the Offutt Family Foundation. “Each application shows the deep dedication team members have to the places they live and serve.”

What Makes Community Builder Unique?

The Community Builder program is an initiative of the Offutt Family Foundation that invites R.D. Offutt Company team members to nominate nonprofits they are passionate about for grant consideration. Grants are awarded to organizations whose missions align with the foundation’s focus areas: healthcare, education, and community development.

Celebrate This Year’s Recipients

From youth programs and food banks to emergency services and arts organizations, this year’s Community Builder grant recipients represent the diversity and strength of the communities RDO serves. The Offutt Family Foundation, with support from R.D. Offutt Company, donated more than $400,000 to nonprofit organizations. See the list of this year’s recipients and the RDO Equipment Co. team members who nominated the organizations below.
