Kelly Gress Enters a New Chapter
Longtime RDO leader Kelly Gress stepped into the Chief Financial Officer role after more of decade leading Midwest construction store teams.
“Kelly did a great job leading our Midwest construction business for more than a decade, and now he’s in a spot to use his financial background and operational experience to serve the entire RDO footprint,” said RDO Equipment Co. President Chris Cooper.
Cooper said Gress’ deep understanding of both financial strategy and field operations makes him uniquely equipped to support RDO’s entire footprint.
Adam Gilbertson Leads the Mountain Region
With Kelly’s transition, RDO next realigned construction regions to better serve customers. The combination of six Montana stores with nine locations across Idaho, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming resulted in a newly defined Mountain construction region — now led by Senior Vice President Adam Gilbertson.
Gilbertson brings a strong focus on workforce development, regional growth and construction technology. Appointed to the Montana State Workforce Innovation Board in 2022, he’s passionate about building teams and delivering solutions that help contractors succeed with John Deere equipment, used heavy equipment and cutting-edge technology.
Anthony Saraceno Steps Up in the Midwest
Rounding out the changes, Anthony Saraceno was promoted to Vice President, now responsible for leading RDO’s Midwest construction stores. Saraceno joined RDO in 2022 as General Manager of the Irving, Texas store and quickly earned a reputation for energetic leadership and customer-focused service.
“In his time with RDO, Anthony has proven to be a very effective leader who is highly energetic, engaged with his people, our customers and a great partner with his peers in Texas,” Cooper said.
