RDO Equipment Co. Executive Vice President Marshall Anderson steps into the role of Chairman of the Board for Associated Equipment Distributors (AED). In this role, Anderson will guide AED’s ongoing efforts to support equipment distributors through heavy equipment advocacy, workforce development and industry education.
“It’s an honor to represent such a critical industry,” Anderson said. “I’m looking forward to working with AED members and leadership to strengthen our collective voice and support long‑term distributor success.”
Anderson partners with Ron Barlet, President and CEO of Bejac Corporation, as he serves as AED’s Foundation Chairman. Barlet will oversee initiatives focused on workforce development and training — areas that align closely with Anderson’s priorities as he steps into the board chair role.
Several construction industry leaders and ag equipment leaders were also welcomed to AED’s Board of Directors during the Summit, including representatives from Bramco, Vermeer Heartland and HOLT of California.
