You need to consider many factors when buying compact construction equipment (CCE).
As you evaluate options between manufacturers, premium cab upgrades and whether to buy new or used, where to purchase is also a key consideration.
John Deere, one of the largest manufacturers of CCE in the world, has designed its dealer network to connect customers with a John Deere skid steer, compact track loader, compact wheel loader or compact excavator as conveniently as possible.
As a member of this dealer network, RDO Equipment Co. sells John Deere compact construction equipment, attachment and parts within a fixed area of responsibility (AOR).
To help you understand where you can buy CCE machinery from us, we’ve outlined where these guardrails exist.
John Deere’s dealership agreements limit our ability to sell new CCE by geographic boundaries (states and counties). These are our AORs which vary by product line and location.
In 2023, John Deere allowed all dealers to sell new CCE within their AOR. Previously, only stores with a construction equipment contract could sell this equipment. Now, both agriculture and construction stores can.
Broken down by state, RDO sells compact construction equipment from these stores:
